🚚 1. Delivery Overview

At IQOSHEETS-UAE.AE, we understand that when you order your IQOS products, you want them fast. We operate a dedicated logistics network delivering to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver 7 days a week (excluding official public holidays).

• Dubai (Same-Day Delivery):

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM: Delivered on the Same Day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM: Delivered the Next Day.

• Rest of UAE (Next-Day Delivery):

  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and major cities in Northern Emirates: Delivered within 24 hours (Next Day).

• Remote Areas:

  • Deliveries to Western Region (Al Dhafra), Hatta, and other remote locations may take 1–3 working days.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over AED 300.

For orders under AED 300, the following flat rates apply:

• AED 20: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (City), Sharjah, Ajman.

• AED 30: Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Remote Areas.

📦 4. The Delivery Process

1. Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS immediately after placing your order.

2. Dispatch: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification.

3. Courier Contact: Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call prior to arrival to confirm your live location and availability.

   • Please keep your mobile phone handy to ensure a smooth delivery.

⚠️ 5. Important Requirements

• Age Verification (21+): By law, we cannot deliver nicotine products to minors. You must present a valid Emirates ID or Passport to the courier upon delivery. If ID is not provided, the package will not be handed over.

• Address Accuracy: To prevent fraud, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the driver is en route.

• No "Signature Required": While we don't require a signature, we strictly require hand-to-hand delivery. We will not leave packages at reception desks or doorsteps unattended.

🛡️ 6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing:

• Report it to us within 24 hours.

• Send a photo of the damaged item/box to our WhatsApp support.

• Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
